You can request deletion of your AniGallery account and its associated data at any time using either method below.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — In the AniGallery app or website

  1. Sign in to AniGallery.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. In the Delete account section, tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is then scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period. To keep your account, sign in and tap Cancel deletion any time before the grace period ends.

Option 2 — By email

Email support@anigallery.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Account deletion”. We verify ownership and process the request within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • Your account and login identity (email and authentication records)
  • Your profile (display name, avatar)
  • Your app settings and subscription record on AniGallery
  • Your likes, comments, and collections
  • Your view history, download history, and generation credits
  • Push-notification device tokens

Data that is kept

  • Images you generated are retained as anonymized community content: they are unlinked from your account (no longer attributed to you) and flagged as belonging to a deleted account. This preserves the shared gallery and other users' saved collections.
  • Aggregated or anonymized analytics that can no longer identify you.
  • Records we are legally required to retain (for example, payment and tax records held by our payment processor, Stripe) for the period required by law.

Retention period

  • After you request deletion, your account and personal data are permanently deleted 30 days later. The grace period lets you cancel and recover your account.
  • Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within a further 30 days.
  • Legally required records are kept only for the minimum period the law requires, then deleted.

Before you delete: subscriptions

Deleting your AniGallery account does not cancel an active subscription purchased through Google Play or Stripe. Cancel your subscription there first to avoid future charges: Google Play → Subscriptions, or the Stripe billing portal linked in your profile.
