We also collect usage data such as pages visited, images viewed and liked, and collections created. Device information including browser type, operating system, and IP address may be collected automatically.

Your information is used to: provide and maintain the Service; personalize your experience and recommendations; process payments and manage subscriptions; communicate service updates; enforce our Terms of Service; and improve the platform through analytics.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect and process your data:

• Supabase - Authentication and database hosting
• Stripe - Payment processing for subscriptions
• Google Analytics - Usage analytics and site performance
• Google AdSense - Advertising for free-tier users
• Cloudflare - CDN, security, and performance

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Third-party services (Google Analytics, AdSense) may set additional cookies for analytics and advertising purposes. 5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your account. View history is retained for 90 days. When you request account deletion, your account and personal data are permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period (during which you can cancel), and residual backups are purged within a further 30 days — except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., payment records). 6. AI-Generated Content & Data

AniGallery displays AI-generated artwork. Your interactions with this content (likes, views, collections) are used to improve recommendations. We do not use your personal data to train AI models. Image metadata and generation parameters may be retained for content moderation purposes.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to data processing; and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication via JWT, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
